Mindy is having dinner with her boyfriend. She takes one bite and it tastes horrible. Mindy asks Josh if there relationship is open or are they actually together. He does not want to talk and the kitchen starts to go on fire. While on the subway Morgan tells Mindy she does not have to be exclusive the same way Josh is not. Everyone goes off to their own Thanksgiving and Danny is left alone. At Gwen's house Dennis is there and she starts to talk to him. Betsy brings Jeremy to her house and her family do not seem to like the English. At Gwen's Thanksgiving Mindy talks to Dennis as her try's to make jokes. Mindy then meets Dennis's new girlfriend and finds out he met her through Gwen and she try's top leave the room without causing an incident. Mindy talks to Gwen and wants to get away. Gwen then tells Mindy that she is sort of a mess with guys. Mindy takes Gwen's dress to try make everyone look at her. At Betsy's thanksgiving she storms out of the room in anger because she is treated as a child at home. Mindy finds Dennis by himself and starts to flirt with him doing all her moves. Danny spends his Thanksgiving by himself and starts to talk to a mouse being the only other living thing in his apartment. Mindy then kisses Dennis and Gwen walks in. When Dennis leaves them two start to fight in the other room as everyone else sees how many push ups Morgan can do. Back at Betsy's family home Jeremy comes into her room to try tell her being treated like a child is not that bad. Josh calls Mindy from a strip club and tells her he wants to be exclusive now. At dinner Mindy says it was good that the two did not make out together. Everyone then exchanges pictures at the end and Danny is finally included. Funny episode and finally Gwen was not wasted.
