It¡¦s exactly one year to this day when you surprised me and the entire industry with your chilling performance in Ek Villian. June 27, 2014, I¡¦m sure is the day you will never forget. That was, to me, your biggest Friday professionally. You surpassed your expectations as a performer and I know the kick it can give a creative person.
It¡¦s a high of knowing that you broke the standards you set for yourself. Every creative person is his or hers biggest critic. The appreciation that followed would have only been the icing on the cake. Not to mention the awards.
Every actor lives for this, and then to push himself some more; for that surreal place where he can call his own¡Xhis zone! Every actor reaches there at least once in his lifetime.
Surreal for Amitabh Bachchan [according to me] was Agneepath; for Al Pacino, Scent Of A Woman, and for Kevin Costner,...

You have heard his work on some of the biggest soundtracks of Bollywood. However, Shekhar Ravjiani is not only one of the best in creating the sounds of Hindi music today with his work with Vishal Dadlani, he also is an outstanding singer. His voice has been heard on some of our favorite tracks. What is so special is that in each song he sings he puts emotion and feeling in every note. Think of the magic of his voice and the acoustic guitar in the ‘Bin Tere – Reprise’ from I Hate Luv Storys.
Not only does he sing for Hindi OSTs, he has forged a new and unique path and has released some brilliant singles that he has both composed and sung including Saazni, Saavli and Butterfly. Once again, with each single you feel the notes and lyrics and his love of music.

New Delhi, June 10: Although his first production venture, Marathi film "Balak Palak", highlighted the importance of sex education among adolescents, actor-producer Riteish Deshmukh says it is not compulsory that all films should convey a message.
His banner Mumbai Film Company is now working on another Marathi film titled "Lai Bhaari" - meaning mind-blowing - and Riteish will also act in it.
Producing a Hindi remake of "Balak Palak" is also in his plans.
"Not necessarily every film needs to have a message. Some films have a message, but the story may be so boring that people don't follow the message," Riteish,.
