The scene at the beginning of the episode where Duke and Nathan are fighting on the Cape Rouge is a continuation of a scene in S2E12 "Sins of the Fathers;" in this episode's scene Duke's hair is much longer than it was in S2E12. Also Duke was only wearing the white top in S2E12. The blue one was not there before.
(at about 6 minutes) Dwight throws the manhole cover at Duke's feet and it lands upside down with ridges up but a moment later it is shown again right side up with the lettering showing even though nobody touched it.
(at around 13 mins) Nathan and Duke are in Nathan's truck giving chase to a motorcycle Nathan's truck stalls. the camera cuts to Nathan's foot where he is stomping the pedal and you can see a stick shift, then the very next scene shows Nathan shifting the truck out of Drive on the column lever. Going from a manual transmission to an automatic.
But, the truck Nathan is driving has the old type, outside locking hubs for the 4 wheel drive, that type of system had a manual shifter in the cab to put it in 4 wheel high, 4 wheel low and a neutral setting for just rear wheel drive. That is the shifter you see.
After Audrey frees herself, there are still ropes around both of her wrists. In the immediate following shot, the ropes have disappeared.
The viewers are shown that Audrey is being held in the basement of the inn, It's an older building and it has hardwood floors, if Audrey is in the basement then the when Duke, Nathan and the kid walk in she should be able to hear them walking on the floor and talking and would shout to get their attention.
