Two very interesting stories marked this episode. A college band that had been traditionally practicing hazing for a number of years, falls victim when someone being hazed collapses and dies of a heart attack. The prosecution seems to base their case on felony murder. More of an explanation of this complicated term needed further review. Interesting that the topic of hazing was brought up highlighting the apparent dangers.
The second story, which was just as interesting, involved a married man who was going to sue a woman for raping him. All seemed to be going against the guy until another guy showed up with the same exact story about the woman. Tommy Jefferson showed some lack of ethics here at the end when the woman finally apologizes.
