The One With Family Night...

I really like this episode. It's very funny. It's one of my all-time favorite episodes of this season.

In this episode, Jules lets Travis skip family night, where they usually watch American Idol, but is worried when he doesn't come around as often as he usually does. Meanwhile, Ellie starts treating, rewarding, and training Andy like a dog, which actually works, until Bobby blows her secret to him. And the guys all grow mustaches just like Tom Selleck's.

Title card: The letters in... Cougar Town, can be rearranged to spell "Taco Rug Now" (which also makes no sense).

Overall, I give this episode a 7 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Great.

Travis meets Jules as she gives him his laundry in return for a hug incognito. Back at the house Jules and everyone try's to watch Game of Thrones because Jules wants to be current. Ellie plays a game with Andy and Bobby but she really wants Andy just to clean the house. Bobby tells her to be more loving to Andy when asking him to do things. At the bar Laurie says many things she believes are facts but really are not. Laurie thinks Grayson is a bit homophobic. Family Night and Jules just thinks of something else as usual. Jules has lunch with Travis and she wants to know everything from him also giving him some freedom. Ellie try's to be kind to Andy and it works great when she treats him like a dog. Jules was happy with her time with Travis but after 9 days (Bobby, Grayson and Andy all grow mustaches) without any word from Travis she worries why he has not contacted her. Jules once again says inappropriate things about Travis once again. Grayson's bar then becomes a gay bar because of what Ellie has been doing to the bar. Ellie thanks Bobby for the advice but he does not like what she has done and tells Andy the truth of her actions. Jules once again feels bad Travis does not want to see her. Andy and Jules feel bad and are told to get revenge on people. Jules gets revenge by being a mother to Travis and Andy gets his by making Ellie insecure. Grayson then rings the bell at the bar making a bad speech being called weird. Jules an Travis once again hang out and he tells her she is hard to hang out with sometimes compared to Bobby. Jules finally feels happy she does not have to look after Travis like she did. Ellie is made feel better by Andy about her insecurity. The episode ends with Travis and Jules watching Game of Thrones. Funny episode and while the Travis/Jules stuff was funny the other pairings of actors did not work much for me.
