A show about two children who ruin everything
practicallypeach29 September 2014
These children are the bull in a china shop. They destroy everything they touch. It doesn't matter how well meaning or pure their intentions are. If you leave them in a room with your Ming Vase (or Moo Vase), they will break it. If you leave them in a room with a cake, they will knock it over. If you tell them to use "only a little bit" they will use all of it, thinking they did good. And, for the love of god, don't ever tell them not to press a button. But it doesn't stop there. Not only do they make mistakes every episode, but they try to hide their mistake until it's so bad that the whole town is now suffering.

Children learn nothing from watching this show because the children IN the show learn nothing. If you watch an episode about listening, they will actively NOT listen in the very next episode. And, if they do learn something they always have to learn it the hard way. Nothing sticks until things are at their worst. This show has very little entertainment value for both children and adults.

Also, I'm never able to shake how cruel it is that these kids have to reach "Chime Time" at the top of the hour everyday. When do they sleep?

My 5 yr old son loves it..
sarahsunshine-3496612 April 2015
My son has been obsessed with clocks since he was old enough to talk. Before he could really say clock he would point and say 'cock' LOL. He loves everything to do with clocks and gears. We were so excited to find this show. I think this is an entertaining, fun and somewhat educational show. No it doesn't teach ABC's or 123's, but my thought process is that not every children's show needs to be educational. Let kids be KIDS! The characters are funny. We love the owl at the end. Hilarious my son says. He is currently building a 'Tickety Toc Town" with his marble run toys and the gears that go with it. The blue marble is Tommy and the pink marble is Tallulah.

An excellent products for pre-scolar kids

While babysitting my daughter I was flipping through the channels on TV looking for a show for pre-school kids. The baby who was about 2 years old at the time. When Tickety Tock came up on the screen the baby jerked, wiggled her arms and smiled. This has become a favorite of my girl. The baby loves the colors and faces, she gets excited when the music starts for chime and Pufferty is chugging along. Then still after 2 years, she enjoys the programs and asks for it. Graphic is nice and crispy, colorful and well animated. I'm pretty surprised by reviewer who complains about the educational message on the show. There's obviously some slapstick scene, but this is normal since cartoon needs to be funny and entertaining, in first place. I saw a lot of Tom & Jerry cartoons when I was a kid but, as an adult, I don't goes around hitting mices or men with a flytrap...

This show is so fricking amazing! I remember watching this somewhere on the Nick Jr in the US , I loved the program so much! I remember a lot about the show! But I never knew the show was from Korea , and that blew my mind , I also remember watching other Korean programs like Bernard or Pororo.

My favorite character on the show was the Dog train , I thought he looked pretty cute , and the intro is nice to listen to , it sounds so catchy! Tickety Toc is an amazing show , I'm glad I've watched this in the US!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10/10 i would recommend this to children! It's a fantastic and cute show!
