Ben and Kate discuss how they will talk about the two having sex. The two are then called to the school about Maddie missing some school. Then the two go to the school and we learn Kate does not like authority figures as they make her cry. The principal then likes Ben so much he asks to bring him on back to school night to be funny. BJ then asks Ben to ask her out on a date and he overacts to it but she turns him down easy enough. When Ben try's to teach tennis he ends up giving into Maggie's needs and buys her a dog. Ben and Kate go to the back to school meeting. Everyone seems to like everything that Ben says so they have a party at Tom's parents house which is weird they would just let him have party. Then just before Kate gives away the plot BJ is there to save the day with her made up story about an ex boyfriend. Ben then reveals he left a message on the principals phone so Kate decides they need to delete the message. When the get to the school the police make Kate run. The next day she comes in saying she tried to delete the message. Kate then somehow through all her begging gets Maddie to stay in the school. Decent episode once again because I feel Nat Faxton I not funny at all which is what I don't like.
