Ted has moved into Quinn's apartment. When he is locked out he still goes to MacLaren's to call the super as if it is no big deal. But the apartment is no longer above MacLaren's, and it is most likely some other place with a phone would be much closer.
A photo of Lily and Marshall appear in their apartment on a shelf by the door where Marshall is smiling - there's an episode that makes a point of Marshall's inability to take a good picture without his eyes closed. This pictures appears in more than one episode.
When Robin lands the helicopter, she has both hands on the cyclic (the stick). Flying (and especially landing) a helicopter requires the pilot to have one hand on the cyclic and one hand on the collective.
From a view from outside the helicopter there's no cameraman sitting behind Robin and the pilot even though she was filmed from behind in her introduction.
The reason Robin is in a helicopter is that she's World Wide News's traffic reporter. But a world-wide news organization wouldn't bother with *local* traffic reporting.
Strings of stage lights are visible in the glasses on Ted and Barney's table at the restaurant.
