Warning: Spoilers
Kristina and Adam: Amber comes to the house and the way she acts around Kristina it is obvious that she knows about the cancer. Kristina says they should now be telling people that she has cancer. Adam and Kristina tells Haddie about the cancer and that she should not worry about it. Haddie calls home almost in tears because they seemed to drop this bombshell on her. Adam tells Haddie all she needs to know down to the smallest detail so that she can be OK for being so far away. Max is told about the cancer and he does react in the same way Haddie did as he is more excepting of it. After the game Haddie comes back to spend more time with her mom even though the rest of the family does not know. Kristina then decides to tell the adult family about her cancer.

Jasmine and Crosby: Jasmine feels that Crosby is not getting paid enough for what he does for the business. Crosby comes into Adam's office to talk about making his salary bigger. Adam does not feel that the business is in good enough shape to raise the salaries. Crosby confronts Adam and he agrees to make his salary better.

Julia and Joel: She seems really stressed with this new kid and how her life is going. Julia tells Joel that she has messed up in work by not meeting a deadline, losing a client. Sydney does not like her mom for missing her ballet this one time. Julia goes to visit a friend of hers, to help her with handing in some papers late. She says it is because of the adoption that she feels stressed at work. Julia cannot handle all the kids are saying to her and as things blow over she breaks down. Julia is called from work as so much people need to talk to her. After missing Victor's moment Julia is brought into a room with all the men on the other side. The guys tell her she was on a partner track only if she focuses completely on work. She says she is not anymore so she quits right there to spend more time with her family.

Sara: In the photo developing room when she gets a picture her and Hank share a kiss. When Sara feels uncomfortable she decides to go jogging with everyone else. Sara decides to talk to Hank about the kiss. Hank says she got to close so he had to kiss her.

Zeek: He goes to visit Ryan who has gone with no one being able to find him. Zeek finds Ryan and he does not seem to want to talk to him. Zeek talks to his wife about how he feels sorry for Ryan. Zeek confronts Ryan telling things he is doing wrong, Zeek brings Ryan to a ball game and introduces them to the whole extended family which is so much people. Zeek decides to talk to the coach and the whole family must be involved as the game is just about fun.

Other: Max talks to Amber about what it's like to be an adult so he tells her his mom has cancer. After two misses on the third try Victor hits the ball and with the whole family behind him makes it past three marks and while running to the fourth makes it in time for a home-run which is made to be a moment of joining the whole family together. Matt and Amber seem to be hitting it off maybe as more then friends as they talk to each other.

Best episode of the season so far and I continue to love the underrated work Erika has done and especially this week where she got to show some real emotion. The Kristina storyline has now come to a point where I believe it's the start of some really sad moments happening.

EPISODE GRADE: A (MVP: Erika Christensen)
