This episode was concerning. This lady was living in an already heightened stress state of awareness. She then hires a quack paranormal team who doesn't care at all about the women besides getting a story out of her. They go in the attic set up some obvious spooks, whispering in the air ducts, doing an absurd staged act with his still camera, then bringing the video recorder to only recorder only get one of the crew member faintly tapping the camera or thumping upstairs. This poor lady then has sleep paralysis (a major cause is stress, and anxiety). This paranormal team rushes out as soon as they did there thing so they can edit whatever they want, no regard for the lady. Probably booby trap the attic. I swear these guys came in with a plan lol, to creep her out and get some quick film. The photo in the beginning did not look like it was from taking a picture in broad day pointing at the ceiling. That was probably later developed and was actually a random pic of the camera going off somewhere. She then must have thought that's got to be when and where that photo was from (pre digital). So many holes in this story, and the worst part is I truly believe this woman came into a series unfortunately events that truly had her at her wits end..
