- There is instance of nearly full-frontal female nudity in which a woman is seen being eaten out her husband in bed. Her breasts are seen clearly and her whole nude body is seen in multiple wide shots. She is thinking of another man she's had sex with and the scene is intercut with these sex scenes. This scene is drawn out graphic and realistic.
- A man is seen receiving oral sex from a prostitute whose breasts are shown.
- Lucas Hood has sex with a barmaid against a wall; she takes off her top to reveal her bare breasts which he holds and his bare buttocks are visible as he thrusts vigorously and she moans.

Olek chases after Lucas Hood down a busy city street while shooting at him. Hood steals a motorbike and Olek shoots the driver in the head; no blood as he is wearing a helmet.
- Another sequence involves a man being shot through the hand and into his stomach, the wound and that on the other side of it are visible.
- A fight involves a repetitious stabbing, and several shootings as well as a graphic broken arm and a bottle being shoved down some ones mouth and their head being slammed into an anvil.
- Dead bodies are shown in back up a pickup. Later the dead bodies are shown in a grave.
