I Let her Live - bringing down the Gogol!
ivo-cobra815 May 2016
Power is an episode for bringing down Amanda (Melinda Clarke) and Gogol operative Ari Tasarov (Peter Outerbridge), it is actually about two operatives one with the Americans Division Amanda and the other one is a Russian Googol Ari who fall in love and they wanted regain the power, by holding the control in the Russian company Zetrov. In the previous episode Ari killed Sergei Semak (Peter J. Lucas) for gain the control power over Zetrov company for becoming a chief executive officer of the company Zetrov. Amanda (Melinda Clarke) stole a Helium-3 replicator prototype with the help of her operative Dina (Romina D'Ugo) and Amanda double cross her and she kills her. Nikita and Michael tries to stop her.

Watch the cat fight between Amanda and Nikita, Amanda throws a wire on Nikita's hand handcuff her hands and she went on a fight with Nikita and she defeat her by shooting her in her shoulder, she point the gun on her but she did not kill her. This episode is also not only about Amanda it is also arising and taking over the Division. Percy (Xander Berkeley) get him self captured and he proves to Sonya and Division operatives that Amanda is working with Gogol and he takes over the Division. Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) defeats Ari in his own game so that he could not become a owner of Zetrov with the help of Nikita and Michael. Than she gave Zetrov to her father's trusted friend Ilya Levkin ( David Richmond-Peck), he was the right man for the job.

This episode kicks ass this was the last episode in this season in which Melinda Clarke and Peter Outerbridge appeared. They would return with their characters in the third season, but Amanda does appear in Deja Vu season finale and she has a cameo scene in the last episode. Nikita takes the replicator, but is forced to seal herself in a containment vault when she is surrounded. Amanda drains the oxygen from the vault, but Nikita plays dead and escapes, but letting Amanda live. On the end of the episode the both say (Nikita and Amanda) "I Let her Live."

Overall: This was a wonderful action packed episode Melinda Clarke was incredible in her acting performance as Amanda, it was too bad they didn't let her character appear in the last episodes and in the season finale, only in Deja Vu and in one cameo scene. I am giving 10 out of 10.
