The big question I had about 'Go On' was how would it be able to continue in the same spirit as the Pilot episode, which managed to combine both big comedic moments with genuine moments of sadness.
This second episode manages to recreate that formula well, making good use of not only Matthew Perry (on very good form), but also the large, very talented support cast around him.
The balance of comedy/drama is well observed, and there's lots of lovely moments here.
