  Judge David Nicastro : [sighs, takes off glasses]  I didn't have a reason. Which, let me tell you, is confusing when you're young. And I took that out on him. And it was a while before I realized that I had a... calling. By then he was gone. I don't think he would have understood anyway. Words never do much good.

  [glasses go back on] 

  Kate Reed : Yay, lawyers.

  Judge David Nicastro : You're very good at what you do, Miss Reed, but... you've never been about the words.

  Kate Reed : Well then, what am I about?

  Judge David Nicastro : You're here at the very moment that I did not wanna be alone.
