An awesome romance anime series I now love

Here is another awesome anime series I now love. With romance and a slice of comedy, this series, "Uta Koi," is based on a historical manga written and illustrated by Kei Sugita, which in turn interprets romantic poems from an anthology known as "Ogura Hyakunin Isshu." You know, I really hate Saadakira. I didn't understand why such a brutal brat could hate a girl like Yasuko for no damn reason... Ooh! "Love" and "hate" are such strong words to me.

After watching the first five episodes, it was hard to choose which of the couples shown in the series I loved the best. So I went with Yukihara and his wife Hiroko from Episode 1. I just thought the poem linked to them was sweet: "Though I may leave for Mt. Inaba, famous for the pines covering its peak, if I hear you pine for me, I'll come straight home to you." I also love Ko no Naishi and Michitaka from episode seven too. So overall, as a hopeless romantic (and a poetry lover), I really love this series.
