Lack of Continuity
Hitchcoc23 March 2021
While we are concerned about the granddaughter being found, the events presented are all over the place. DB is home and then he's gone and then he's home. Nick Stokes quits and then he doesn't and then maybe. Finn is all over the place. Also, how is all this crap being orchestrated from the jerk in prison, the one who killed Warrick.

It will be a good season

Warning: Spoilers
I thought that it was pretty Good. The new members of the team are now fully into to the team and the team is whole again. Of course I miss Catherine and Grissom (not Ray, I am glad he is gone it would be better if he had died). Anyway it fells like old times. I loved Nick getting drunk and Sara getting him out of Jail and telling him he can't quit until tomorrow. It was fun to see the original family (of Nick, Sara, and Greg) talking about Nick "quitting" and how Sara and Nick were arguing about how Sara can't tell Nick anything about quitting because she quit and she is still working as a CSI. But Sara said she left a note for Grissom and then walked out unlike Nick who said it out loud. But no one won, because Greg stopped them by saying "This is not how family treat each other" Then he thinks about and says "This is exactly how family treats each other". I hope Nick dose NOT quit for real. The other part was also good with B.D's granddaughter, i am happy that she is okay. Also when Ecklie got shot and Morgan being there for her father, it made Ecklie seam nicer. I enjoyed this episode.

Disappointing Conclusion
claudio_carvalho26 November 2023
Mike Crenshaw abducts Finn while Russell processes his granddaughter's room despite the conflict of interest. Sara is unable to contact Nick by phone. Ecklie is fighting for his life in the hospital. Moreno says that Crenshaw jammed Finn's messages in Russell's house. Meanwhile, Finn says that Kate is OK to Russell and that McKeen wants to see him. McKeen tells Russell that Jack Gilmore has stolen two-million dollars from him and he wants his money back. Russell finds him and Jack is killed by a sniper. Soon Brass says that McKeen used Russell to find the whereabouts of Jack Gilmore to kill him. When they have a new lead to be followed of the dirty cop Earl Whitson, they head to the desert to the house of his ex-wife.

"Karma to Burn" is the disappointing conclusion of the last episode of "CSI". There is no reason why Kate is still alive and being a liability to the gang of McKeen. Finn risking her life the way she does is completely nonsense. The recovery of Ecklie is OK, since he is a strong man. Morgan kissing Hodges has nothing to do with the plot and is ridiculous. The best part of the show is the punishment of McKee in the end. My vote is seven.

Stupid Soap Opera

This episode is full of supposedly smart people being incredibly STUPID. Granted, this show is fantasy in general, but the gross violations of procedure in the name of serving an artificial DRAMA make this episode borderline unintentional comedy and nearly unwatchable. All the resolutions to the cliffhangers from last season are grossly unsatisfying.

Ted Danson is miscast, and Elizabeth Shue is completely dead weight in this show. This show has dropped seriously downhill.
