This is a really engaging episode. A crazy psychotic who has no qualms about killing anyone escapes from a institution for the criminally insane. Soon a random murder is committed. A psychologist who works for the police is mugged and nearly strangled by a masked man. We eventually find out more and more about this guy. He reappears and his methods of attacking a destroying people are off the charts.
