Inizio anni 80, Agro Aversano, Casal di Principe e il regno malavitoso di Antonio Bardellino che dopo aver fatto il business con il cemento si butta nel mercato in piena espansione della cocaina grazie ad una connection con i Gambino e John Gotti in America e con il Brasile, mentre e 10 anni dopo che Francesco Schiavone detto Sandokan diviene il principale boss della zona e ben oltre i confini insieme a Francesco Bidognetti detto Cicciotto o Mezzanotte.
