  • Characters play a game called 'F, Marry or Kill' as they verbally discuss who would they 'F'.

Violence & Gore

  • Vulture stabs Peter in the shoulders with the metal talons and he shouts in pain.
  • An explosion occurs and it endangers the lives of multiple teenagers and people although no one is killed.
  • Gun-toting henchmen that work for Vulture are beaten and one has a car thrown into him.
  • A character gets disintegrated by a piece of alien weaponry. We find out moments later it was an accident.

Profanity

  • At one point, a girl says "and for me it would be "'F' Thor, marry Iron Man and kill Hulk."
  • It has more profane language than all previous Spider-Man films combined.
  • "Ass" and similar words are used.
  • "Suck," "god," "crap," "penis," "hell," "damn," "ass," "bastard," "asshole," "shit," on-screen use of the middle finger, and two separate uses of "fuck" that were bleeped in-universe and unfinished towards the end respectively.
  • "Crap," "hell," "damn," "ass," "bastard," "penis," "asshole," & "shit." There is one bleeped use of the f-word and one notable cutoff of the same word at the last scene just before the credits.
  • One incomplete use of the f-word; other minor profanities, used infrequently, like "shit," "damn," "bastard," "bitch."
  • Middle finger, as an insult, is used once.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A minor is offered alcohol, but he rejects it, to which the offerer replies "That's the right answer."
  • Aunt May has a glass of beer at a restaurant.
  • Other bottles of beer are seen.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The Vulture can be seen as frightening.
  • Some of the actions scenes can be intense.
  • Milder than the Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield instalments. This one is very light-hearted throughout.
