The show debuted to low viewership ratings, substantially lower than the sitcoms that preceded and followed it on Monday nights, getting worse as the season progressed. The low ratings started to disrupt the viewer flow to the following 9 PM success '2 Broke Girls', for which it served as a lead-in. On November 16, 2012, the series was abruptly removed from the schedule and cancelled. In total, only six episodes were broadcast out of 13 produced.
