What an interesting and great concept, nice to see a new type of home show. The hosts are also very relatable and fun to watch! The styles are different and inspiring versus other shows which do more of the same. I hope this gets booked for more seasons. I also love the tips for how to make your home safer from the hosts dad, Ted! These two sisters were made for the TV but also are so incredibly genuine. Highly recommend this. I do wish they could share how much insurance gave but understand legally why they can't. I would love to learn more about how these two got into this. Such a great show.

I absolutely love HGTV's renovation shows, and what I like about this one is how the sisters not only don't judge the owners' personal styles, but also honor the history of the houses by incorporating as many original elements as possible. So far, every home I've seen has been beautifully updated and turned out to be as homey and reflective of its owners as it was before. Very refreshing. Not to mention that the overall concept is very interesting and informative; leave out the unnecessary and staged dramas that other shows usually have. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and I eagerly await the next episodes :)

I'm not a huge HGTV person but these two pulled me in. They're so sweet (very Minnesotan!) and they see clients at their worst and turn bad situations into hopeful home refreshes. It's inspiring to watch. I look forward to watching in Tuesdays and want endless episodes of this.
The way they work together and with their parents makes it a real 'family business' and they all seem to have that very caring personality about what they're doing. They're not just there for a job but to Shepard their clients through the experience of partial home loss. I can't imagine being in that situation but I'd want these two there to help me!!

They don't seem to listen to the clients and just too quick to rip it all out and start over. The host don't respect the uniqueness of the houses. I just don't feel the love. I did not see much interaction with the insurance company and the covered repair. I noticed that they were replacing things that were not damaged. When I have filed an insurance claim, they did not cover a complete remodel. The episode where the couple brought back items from their honeymoon, the host did not respect the memories from the couple. After that it was hard for me to watch. The host did not seem to care, it was just wanting to express their vision.
