Disappointing episode. Michael J. Fox is back representing the hockey league in a lawsuit aimed against them. While I sympathize that Fox is suffering from Parkinson's Disease in real life, he is mumbling on the show and that causes one to lose total focus on what is occurring.

As Louis Canning, Fox is playing appropriate to his name,he is very sly and cunning. He offers Alicia a position with higher salary, therefore taking her away from Lockhart-Gardner.

The original suit was based on an ex-hockey player's wife getting killed as the result of a snowmobile accident. This is all quickly lost when the hockey organization is brought into the play.

Suddenly, Diane has become a desired woman. Remember how she would look at Will with suspicion after she'd see him talking to Alicia? Will had that same look when he saw Diane laughing on the telephone.

Fred Thompson guest-starred as an attorney involved in the suit. No wonder his candidacy for the presidency failed in 2008.
