This episode was performed for a second time, a year after the first performance ran over and the tv audience weren't able to see how the episode ended because CBS had to cut away to the next program. The following week, Jackie Gleason started that week's episode off by attempting to explain to the tv audience what happened at the end of "Stand-in For Murder." Due to interest in seeing the full episode, The Honeymooners performed this episode again. The first performance in 1954 featured Honeymooners regular, Les Damon as Frank...this 1955 episode featured a different actor as Frank. This episode was reworked again in 1969 with Sheila MacRae and Jane Kean as Alice and Trixie, with a noticeably thinner Gleason.
