This Episode begins with Meredith and Derek, they slept together with Zola in their bed. Meredith says that she hasn't a sexlife now Zola is back home. Cristina says that Owen will leave her. Janell gets a seizure during she was talking. A van drove into the Seattle Grace-Mercy West Hospital. Ray is the man who drove the van into the hospital. Richard performs Ray's surgery, Lexie is assisting him. Owen is moving out, he tells this to Cristina. Ray died during the surgery, he had a cardiac arrest. Richard tells Bailey that Adele isn't recognizing him anymore. Ben arranged a Valentine's dinner for Bailey at the hospital. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 8, a really eventful Episode with a lot of romance problems!

More poor writing, I'll just say it here. Teddy hates Owen for "putting the needs of this hospital before her and her husband". She's a doctor, knew this guy for a year or less, loved him for some months only. She's knowledgeable enough to know -- while she's laying in bed feeling sorry for herself -- that the needs of a person who could live due to her efforts were paramount to her having 1 hour extra to grieve her husband.
There are times when the writing is "pearls of wisdom", times when people scenarios hit home/have resonance/serve a larger purpose other than entertainment. And then there is . . . poor writing as proposed above. *SIGH*
