On March 16th, 2011, the final day of shooting and after most staff had left set, a crew member (J. Doe) requested the film hard drive from the 'then' editor. This was done without Mr. Riddle's knowledge or permission. Once J. Doe had the hard drive, Doe walked away. J. Doe also walked away with all actor's paperwork which included Social Security numbers. In February 2013, actor Jake Wesley Stewart had a text exchange with J. Doe. Doe admitted to cutting the film, changing the title and changing all the actor's names. This text exchange was reported immediately to the Screen Actors Guild and specific legal agencies. To this day, the film hard drive and actor's paperwork have never been returned to Mr. Riddle.
