Interesting start of the new episode. Of course Damon Pope will play a huge part in this season. I was also happy to see Harold Perrineau playing this part.

His actions were already showing what a ruthless character it is. So many killed in one episode. And after the first few events I didn't expect to be as shocked as I was after he brought Tig to see his daughter burn alive. That was a very one of a kind scene. Horrible to see him like that. I am sure we will see Tig act a lot now to avenge his daughter.

I must say I hope to see Clay do more. Recover and ddo something really badass and twisted to stay the character that he was.

Good start of the season. We meet Damon Pope and we learn that he killed Laroy. The one niners now have a new leader called Tyler. Clay is recovering. We meet another new character called Nero. Samcro goes into hiding with him because there are warrants for Jax, Chibs and Tig. Pope burns Dawn the daughter of Tig alive before Tig's eyes. The episode ends with an house invasion against Wayne. This is the 4th house invasion samcro related. Bobby is now VP.

Best performance: Kim Coates

Warning: Spoilers
The premiere starts with a very bad voice-over by Jax talking about life with shots of Tara in a bath, Gemma having a sex and more things which leads to the gang back on the road. The gang gets into a shoot out which involves a burning van. Gemma wakes up from the night and finds out she slept with Nero Padilla (Jimmy Smits) with a gun to him, she has gone to rock bottom sleeping with this pimp and being called a crack head MILF. Gemma then goes to visit Nero at his workplace and it seems like the chemistry is right there with them. Jax seems to fitting in well to the role as leader but as Opie says he could become Clay anytime soon. Gemma and Clay had a good scene with Gemma finally being able to let go of him who has been horrible to her for years. Jax in that short scene showed me sign's of Clay as he treats the feds not to get rid of him. Bobby in back and Juice is still working for the police who are really very bad at finding out anything. Clay has to carry a tank around with him because of what has happened to him and it sort of makes the fact he lived bearable. Finally clay admits to the sons about killing Opie's father and it seems the club are shocked. Gemma once again comes with problems this time about her grand children with yet another look of disgust from Gemma towards Clay, then she gets a call from Nero making the thought of a romance between the two possible. I guess with this person shot it's another good thing for the sons who have had a lot of bad things happen to them lately. I think Ron Perlman could be doing some of his best work on the show as he seems to be doing his natural work better then ever. When Tig is taken to see his daughter get burnt to death it was horrible to see someone loose a child like that. With the police putting out these arrest warrants it can only bed a bad thing for the Sons and now with Tig's dead daughter he can be nothing but super angry, hopefully his other daughter can stay alive. With Jaz on the run Tara is going to be one unhappy woman especially with Gemma down her back about her children. This was a nice return for me with Sagal and Smits being the standouts in limited screen time with Hunnam and Perlman also good.

EPISODE GRADE: B (MVP: Katey Sagal)
