BULL in session!
Jazzie-too2 September 2021
Spoiler: I LOVE this series! I only first discovered it during Covid. I think I started with season 6, but recorded all upcoming episodes. Have now watched Season1 Epi 4 twice! This featured a younger Michael Weatherly. This role must have planted to seed for his highly successful "BULL" --my absolute favorite show. So, this probably is the reason I liked this episode more than I otherwise would have. The role of Roma Strauss, played by Necar Zadegan, was a bit annoying in her portrayal.

A disappointing episode

Warning: Spoilers
A man is found shot to death just inside his doorway and it is soon revealed that he was about to enter the witness protection program, along with his wife and son, for his agreeing to testify against a big wig gangster. Another suspect is added when it's discovered that the wife is having an affair with an obnoxious loud-mouthed "life coach" played by Michael Weatherly. Weatherly's DiNozo character in NCIS is getting to be very tiresome and in this show he takes that character to a ludicrous extreme. I assume it was supposed to be an amusing portrayal but it was just annoying. Provenza's seeming to take this blow hard and none too bright life coach's advise seriously is somewhat amusing but then Provenza's take on many things can be amusing. The solution to the murder is sadly believable. But the show was a miss.
