Best this season - This was a clever, and funny episode

This was a classic South Park episode, where Trey Parker and Matt Stone were able to combine several icons of the world, the disgusting Honey Boo-Boo, James Cameron, and Michelle Obama. This episode is about obesity, and how Kyle cannot believe how it has gone out of hand. Cartman, meanwhile, takes advantage of it, and gets himself an automatic wheelchair. "Raising the Bar" features a real-life bar, which James Cameron decides to raise, before things get even worse. Honey Boo-Boo was portrayed correctly, in my opinion, as a dirty pig.

South Park is definitely back on track, after a sort of inconsistent first half, but the second half has proved to be much better.

The funniest part for me in this episode was when James Cameron mentioned Avatar 2. I rate this episode a 10/10.

The modern Weight Gain 4000 episode

Warning: Spoilers
This episode is close to the best South Park I've seen since Weight Gain 4000 and that has definitely been my all time favourite episode. This episode is absolutely perfect. There are the modern political/social stupidities blended superbly with the greatest South Park absurdities and a stupendous "moral" finish. Cartman is at his classic best and James Cameron become the standout supporting star. I have not even a clue who the character Honey Boo Boo is but I can imagine the real life version; I know I have no chance of ever sitting through sixty seconds of whatever tv programme she's on. Then an entrance by a random crooner, Randy Newman. When I saw the "tilt assist" used by Cartman in his battle, I completely lost my mind!

This is the South Park I know and love
varun_1206 October 2012
The previous episode of South Park was a mediocre episode, and I hoped that I will get to write a positive review about South Park, and the very next episode I am getting this opportunity. I am not from U.S.A., and I don't know what is their recent policy about aiding fat people in their country, but South Park always mocks the recent events, like it did in last episode but just it went too much overboard with everyone gulping Butter's semen.

This is again a very good episode of South Park, and the third good episode of the season. This episode is about the Cartman taking advantage of the extra assistance given to the fat people. But it shows that actually people are making money out of the misery of those fat people, given example of this by showing that there are shows like Honey Boo Boo. People contemplate that the bar has been lowered literally so much that people actually begin thinking, since when they are devolved into enjoying cheap entertainment like Honey Boo Boo show. The funniest part was James Cameron sets to find how much bar is lowered, and goes deep into the see, and in the end actually finds it. Also, Funny thing is that Michelle Obama takes fighting obesity literally.

This was a pretty good episode, and I hope they continue to make such episodes.

The most disgusting thing I've seen
ristotthamalainen7 November 2014
There's been some pretty disgusting episodes in South Park and this is one of those. Eating while watching was just impossible.

I don't mean to be insensitive but watching those fat people squeezing themselves through doors was awful. I understand there are some people like that in real life too and it's not a nice situation.

However the episode itself wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as the previous episodes. (Cartman finds love has been my favourite so far.) It did have a nice ending though and a good twist.

Usually I love Cartman but sometimes he can be a pain in the back. And it was good to see more of Token. Decent episode.
