I could not relate to this episode at all. Not the medical case, not Foreman's situation.

Really a bag of fruits and nuts.
Runaways, civil war reenactors (really? What's up with that?) My brother went to VN, but who the heck wants to see a reactment of that? You lost get over it.
I digress.
Anyway, mom is a drug addict and thinks that's actually an excuse for abusing her daughter. Another case of the kids raising their parents.
House threatens to blackmail Foreman who's having an affair with a married women. Turns out her husband doesn't care and neither do we.
The screen still goes dead whenever Amy or (Abby?) and Parks talks. Both still can't act.
House relates to the runaway. Taub finds out his kids are boring. Suck a gem of a guy (eyes rolling right now). Cause and Wilson don't have much to do.
A hooker shows up pretending to be from social services. Abby (Amy?) can shoot.
