In the Summer of 2011, Eddie McClintock was a guest at a convention called Shore Leave, where, in accordance with convention tradition, he was presented with a stuffed white rabbit as a "thank you" gift for coming. McClintock promised the convention-goers that he would ensure that the rabbit would appear in an episode of "Warehouse 13". The rabbit appears toward the end of this episode, sitting on the fireplace mantel.
One of the first hints of the episodes's premise of an alternate reality can be found in Myka's office at the Secret Service building: according to the picture hanging on the wall, behind her desk, the President of the United States is John McCain.
One of the artifacts Pete passes while walking through the warehouse is the leg lamp from "A Christmas Story."
Chronologically, this episode should fit between Insatiable and Emily Lake. As with the previous season's holiday episode, SyFy ran it out of order so it would air in December.
Two-Thirds into the Christmas Episode, Alternate Artie does his Welcome to Warehouse 13 from the balcony.
Interesting things viewed from the balcony: Don Quixote's Windmill, Five Easter Island Heads and The Pyramid.
