- Really violent episode. Lots of zombies are slashed, stabbed, shot, dismembered, decapitated in bloody and graphic ways
- Two gory zombies are shown and two men burst into the house they're in and kill them by stabbing and shooting with graphic blood spurts.
- An extremely rotted zombie is shot in the head and thick blood splatters on the curtains behind it.
- An owl is shot offscreen and it cuts to its legs being ripped off in a gross way.
- A zombie is impaled against a fence with a spear and its head is smashed with a hammer with thick gore spraying out.

One is slashed down the face and then stabbed in the eye with a poker and the graphic gory wound is shown in closeup. Other characters attract zombies to a fence and bloodily stab them.
- Multiple main characters fight with zombies in riot gear. They stab them in the neck and upside the chin with explicit gory imagery. One has its mask ripped off and all of the skin on their face peels off in a horrifyingly gross way. It is then stabbed under the eye with gore.
- Some zombies are stabbed and decapitated before being locked in a prison court. Bloody and graphic.
- The dead body of a man who shot himself in the head is shown with a blood stain on the window behind him. Very disturbing and violent.
- A woman owns two zombies that have their jaws and arms cut off so she can chain to them to her and be masked by the smell of them when passing through crowds of zombies. The wounds are very graphic and gory and the zombies look disturbing.
- A lot of rotten, mutilated, melted and skinned dead bodies are shown in one scene. Gory and graphic.
- The main characters are surrounded by lots of zombies with gory wounds in dark tunnels underneath the prison. This scene is terrifying.
- A zombie is shot in the eye at close range with blood splatter/graphic bloody images and a gory wound shown.
- A zombie is shot in the eye with a crossbow. This is in dark lighting so no blood is shown but a gross sound effect is heard.
- A zombie is bludgeoned through the eye with a crossbow before it's face is gruesomely impaled. Extremely bloody and graphic.

- Hershel gets his leg bitten by a zombie and some flesh is ripped out. Rick then chops Hershel's leg off in graphic detail and we see both the bloody stump and the bone as the leg is chopped off. Extremely brutal and gory.
- Hershel's leg is bitten by a zombie and we see the zombie ripping meat off and graphic blood oozing out. Rick and the group look at the wound as Hershel cries in pain and it is very gory. Rick wraps his belt around Hershel's bloody leg and picks up his axe and chops into Hershel's leg nine times until the whole limb separates. This is extremely bloody, gory, sickening, brutal and graphic and everything is shown including a closeup shot of the leg becoming detached.
