VERY meta

One of the most meta aka ( self-referential/self-aware) episodes and it's done so perfectly. Rob had said one of the reasons he decided to put on So much weight aside from basic comedic reasons, was because he noticed as a tv show's popularity grew and season's progressed, the main characters would become more and more attractive. He wanted to go the complete other direction lol. Also references the high viewership the show was getting at that point and how most series at that point begin to tip and later seasons aren't NEARLY as good as the early ones (take the Simpsons - unwatchable).

But somehow every single season even now is just as hilarious. Genius.

Underrated masterpiece!

This is an absolute iconic IASIF episode. It has a madness and mean energy very reminiscent of season 2,3,4.

Each character is at his top worst: Dennis is plain vain, Charlie full on Tex Avery, Dee-lusional Dee and filthy Frank while Mac evolves into Big Mac. They are all a bunch of magnificent savages.

So many beautiful poetic moments we can reflect on. I love Dee doing the Tube Man dance again and glue-sniffing Charlie's choreography is priceless. This episode is perfect, from the beginning to the abrupt ending on Mac's belly like a total solar eclipse.

The only down thing is that IMBD rating, seriously what's wrong with you people?
