- It is implied a woman begins performing oral sex on her male victim against his will. While nothing is shown, the sounds can be heard and he is also crying during the sequence. He is unable to achieve an erection and she becomes upset and angry.

- A group of men run up to a girl in the movie's opening scene, and tear her shirt off; her breasts can clearly be seen. This clip is quickly played on repeat over the end credits.
- Throughout the movie, there is a spliced together scene of a man and his girlfriend about to have sex. They kiss and strip down to their underwear and the woman's breasts are shown. Before they go any further, the girl notices the camera.
- A man jokingly yells at a girl to snort a drug "up [her] snatch."
- A man begins passionately kissing an unconscious girl, he stops when he realizes she is not conscious.
- A girl is stripped completely nude, and we see full frontal nudity. Her breasts and vaginal area are shown in full view. A man takes his shirt off and starts kissing her. She gets on top of the man and they are seen kissing, groping, moaning and thrusting forward with each other. The man touches her erect nipples and another man takes his clothes off and walks over (presumed he is going to join for a threesome). The man also shows full frontal nudity. His bare butt and chest, and later in the scene, his penis. The cameraman unzips his pants and takes them off but runs off to the bathroom in a panic.
- A man nags a woman to make a sex tape with him, but this never gets followed through with.
- Someone holding a camera pulls off the sheets where a woman is sleeping. Part of her butt, in a thong, is shown.
- Two women are shown in a bathroom, kissing. One of the women is just in her bra.
- A man says, "I'd fuck me", and asks his male friend if he would have sex with him, to which he responds "probably."
- A man takes his clothes off and dives into a lake, his buttocks and chest are shown.
- A man is on webcam to two woman at different times, both times the women take of their bras, with closeups showing their breasts.
- The first short, "Amateur's Night", is the most explicit in sexuality and nudity.
- A man flips through various nude pictures on his phone. A woman's ginormous breasts are briefly shown.

- A man tries to escape a zombie chasing him and falls down the stairs and breaks his leg in the process before the zombie manages to corner and kill him. Not very graphic but very intense.
- There is graphic violence and gore throughout this film, it's not frequent but when it happens it's disturbing and brutal.
- Vandalism scenes and assaulting a woman.
- A possessed woman attacks men, tears off the hand off one, drinking the blood of another before vomiting it back out on him, then tearing off his penis and testicles.
- A man graphically breaks his wrist.
- Man is stabbed to the throat and he asphyxiates (graphic).
- A woman gets a sharp object/knife driven into the back of her head and her eye pops out.
- A man is stabbed in the forehead several times and is then dragged offscreen.
- A man's throat is sliced.
- A woman's head is bludgeoned with a camera and her forehead starts to bleed. The masked character then carves a hole in her stomach and removes her intestines. This is shown mostly offscreen but when it happens it's nasty looking. Her body twitches.
- A woman cuts a hole in her arm and pokes it with a barbeque fork and tweezers.
- A man slices a woman's abdomen open and pulls out an alien fetus.
- A woman digs a hole out in her arm and starts digging around in it. (Very disturbing and graphic)

- "Amateur night" and "10/31/98 are arguably the scariest segments in the film.
- This movie, since it is a horror movie, is gory, violent, creepy, and intense.

- A woman's head splits open, blood is shown.
- A man shows up at Emily's apartment and cuts her open and pulls out an alien fetus.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In the film's most infamous scene from the first segment "Amateur Night". A man tries to run out of the hotel room from the creature only to trip down the stairs and break his wrist, the creature then catches up to him and a frightening close up of her face follows. This is the scariest moment of the movie.
- A demonic woman is seen instigating 4 men to there deaths by being hit by a train. There is a lot of yelling and screaming very intense.
- At the end of the wrap around, the last criminal remaining tries to find his friends only to find out they all died as soon as he sees one of there decapitated corpses, and it's revealed the dead guy that was inside the house they were trying to steal the tape from was actually a zombie that chases him down the stairs and kills him after he falls and breaks his leg. Very intense
- In one scene in the wrap around, there is a brief jump scare where two of the criminals are searching the tapes in the basement and one of them catches a glimpse of a pale figure wandering through the same room.
