My overall rating of "Veep"'s Season 1: 5/10
A bit of an overreliance on the "nicknames" jokes; the nonsensical, contrived and unpleasant situation that Selina finds herself in and the decision she makes; Dan's likewise unpleasant machiavellianism; the somewhat slower-than-usual pace; and continuity errors all contribute to making this episode among the worst in the season. However, quite a few jokes are still fun, so it's not all bad.
