Both cases were exciting. I personally liked the dissociative personality disorder, and how it is portrayed in this episode.

Warning: Spoilers
As usual House gets a case that he can't let go, leading him to bribe a cemetery worker to break into a dead little boy's crypt to solve a medical.. mystery. Why was a little boy dead he wonders?

He finally deduces Alport's syndrome, which features include bad kidneys and deafness. I used to work with the deaf, Deaf, and hard of hearing and had several clients with Alports.

Meanwhile, the team works a case of DID which wasn't particularly interesting. Chase is being secretive and we find out he's got a side gig as a TV doctor - an Australian one. The team finds out and watched the program, which is just awful!

Foreman learns he can't control House just manage him.

Having some of the team back drowns out the two awful female doctors andmakes the show way more watchable.
