The journey itself is worth the time to watch this film. Having never watched Reality TV because just the previews of those shows reveal that it's all fake, it was refreshing to see a former director of such shows give us a taste of what is truly real...life and where it takes us.
Anyone who has experienced depression, addiction, or even thought of suicide, seeing this film will show you that you are not alone and you can survive no matter how bad it seems. A member of my family struggles with all three every day and every day I'm thankful he lives to see another day with us.
