just nice....

I decided to watch this Ep with out watching reviews about the anime, and see if it can grab or attract me to watch the anime, the Ep is good but not a perfect start, and yeah by the way the main character weirdy staff not easy to go with it, I know, this will disappear by time, but I wanted to mention, maybe I will love it in the future.

The beginning of the best time travel story ever written
urosjekna15 February 2020
Warning: Spoilers
One of the best first episodes in anime history but I'd be a fool to think that it's everyone's cup of tea. Some might even call it boring but I digress. What makes this episode a masterpiece in my eyes are 2 key things: the directing in this episode has some of the most iconic shots in anime history and just like the title of the episode says, that it shows you the ending without you even realizing it.

An Ambitious Start
liammc-7327425 February 2022
This episode truly becomes a masterpiece upon rewatching the series, and this is foreshadowed by the title of the episode in a way. However, as a pilot episode I don't think it does its job incredibly well. The directorial style and erratic pacing make this episode incredibly disorienting on first watch and can deter new viewers from continuing with the series. Okabe's immediately bombastic and quirky personality as well as his bizarre dynamic with his companions Mayuri and Daru contribute to the divisive nature of the episode. It's enigmatic in every sense of the word, and this atmosphere is further augmented by the art style. I strongly urge new viewers to persevere through these perplexing early episodes until plot points begin to coalesce and the grander story starts to unfold, as this series evolves into one of the most fascinating portrayals of time travel in any medium. When you go back and rewatch this show, I'm sure you'll enjoy this episode as much as I do now!

A Fabulous Start

This is the kind of first episode that gets you reeled in to watch more. I'm hooked and excited for upcoming episodes. Suspense is fabulous, mystery is just beginning, the thrill is happening. The characters are likable even if they probably shouldn't be. Great episode!

To much messed up to understand

The first episode looks to messed up to understand. I just left this anime at its first episode.

The character are randomly introduced and the there are quiet unrelated jokes.
