Strangers in a Repair Shop

When the sprinkler in a garden of a house sprays blood, the police and the CSI arrive at the scene. Soon they find the four members of the Chambliss family are murdered in the house that is covered in blood. They find a trail of blood to the neighbor John Lee that is arrested and soon he confesses the murder spree. They learn that John Lee is a pedophile that has changed the clothes with blood of the eight-year-old Fiona, for whom he was obsessed. Then a woman, Leslie Gitig, comes to the police station and tells that they had arrested the wrong killer since she had murdered the family. The CSI investigation shows that a man called Lonny Gallows might have killed the family, but his father Maurice says that he had killed the family and not his son. The reasonable doubt is formed and Russel mentions the movie "Strangers on a Train".

"Tell-Tale Hearts" is a great episode of "CSI", where three suspects confess the murder of a family. The plot holds the attention of the viewers since along the investigation shows different possibilities. The conclusion discloses what has really happened to the Chambliss family. My vote is eight.

Brutal and Far Fetched

A murder in a family home. Three people confessing to the killings. Incredibly invasive tactics that would throw most of the case out of court. I didn't give it a one but I thought it was quite badly done. Everyone was either limited psychologically or psychotic. The actions of Catherine Willows are beyond the pale. I thought they had gotten away from making things personal and jumping to conclusions without evidence. Of course, the fact that the CSI's carry guns and do police work is quite the stretch anyway, but, hey, there would be no show--right.

Dreadful

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was a disgrace. The police got a confession by threatening that if the young man did not confess he would go to a gaol where he would be beaten up every day, but if he did confess they would ensure he was sent to an easier gaol. The young man was forced to strip naked in front of a woman CSI officer. Can you imagine what a row there would have been if a woman was stripped in front of a male officer? Did nobody of the countless people involved in producing this show not realise how bad these two scenes were? Didn't even the actors realise how out of character they were? Perhaps it's time to say good-bye to CSI which has been quite poor since Grissom left.
