Sex & Nudity

  • No actor involved scenes with nudity or sexual situations. While the show makes an effort to remove items that may be personal in nature from structures being investigated, due to invididual preferences in decorating ones home it is possible there may be statues, paintings or decorations of a sexual theme or subject.

Violence & Gore

  • No scenes of simulated violence or gore. But the descriptions used by the investigator of what she is feeling or seeing in regards to the history of the structure could be uncomfortable for young children or those children with vivid imaginations.
  • Example: One episode she describes seeing a person that hanged themselves in the house being investigated. She cocked her head at a sharp angle, grimaced and made a crunching sound as descriptors for the experience.

Profanity

  • In a normal episode there are between 3 and 5 instances of censored profane words or statements. It is much more infrequent than the average show of this nature.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • None seen so far by any of the main participants in the show. There may be the occasional reference to the use of alcohol and or drugs by previous residents or inhabitants of the investigated structure.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • This show can be very intense because of the subject of the show and because the show is based around the claims of the main investigator that she can see, speak to and communicate with any dead people that may be inhabiting the structure being investigated.
  • Because of this, (Please don't tell parents what to do.)
