When Voz puts on the metal mask, it is clearly just a part that will cover the face. (He's putting it on towards his face.) But in the next second it appears to be more like a helmet that completely covers the whole head which would have been impossible to be put on the way he did before.
When Machete and Mendez are fleeing in the armored car, they destroy the girls' GMC van, which lags behind them and crashes. In the next scene, VW van overtakes the armoured car and crashes with destroyed GMC van far forward.
When Machete and Mendez are fleeing in the armored car, they run into The Chameleon and Desdemona and the girls. Once the van and VW van have been wrecked, Desdemona and the girl turn towards two wrecked sedans, not vans.
