Great movie for the future of Conan films

This year's 25th movie certainly hits different than the movies from the previous years in aspects such as direction of plot, scenery, animations and music.

The plot of the movie is quite one dimensional and easy to follow. I found this more enjoyable than the 21st to 24th movie. Although I wish the case would be harder to solve but it is ultimately enjoyable, new watchers should not have a problem understanding the plot. Watching episode 304 will help with the pre background of this movie as it is somewhat related but not compulsory.

As for scenery and animations, it is the standard and similar to the past few movies. Some people say there is less action in this one but I feel like it has more than the previous ones. The animations with transitions are used well.

Music feels very different as it is done by a different composer this time, you will be able to tell the differences. I feel like the opening could be done better. However, the OSTs are great especially in the cinema.

Overall, I really enjoy this movie and hopefully they can follow this direction and improve in the future movies. As the next movie will surely have high anticipation!

the best movie from a while

It was a fabiulous combination of mystery,drama and storyline.

They used the police academy characters in nice way.

The flashbacks was great .

The story twists was on time.

This time it was focused more on the story than the action wich is by the way the best thing in conan and what is make uniqe.

Okay movie for Detective Conan

Better than other recent Detective Conan movies. But ... I have to confess that it was very embarrassing feeling to watch Amuro Toru sitting in that over-gorgeous armchair with empty wine bottle and glass when he was quarantined in the glass room. Just so pretentious and distracting. But the biggest problem is the trick itself. One cannot carefully think about how a single terrorist could have put that huge enormous amount of bombing liquid into so many of Halloween lanterns without being noticed, while busy preparing the wedding, despite that only one of her arms can be even raised up. No details of how this trick was implemented make it a super dubious unconvincing story. Maybe it is better than the last one or two movies in the series. But no comparison to the first five movies. Of course as a long-year fan I will watch. But I really want the scriptwriter to think a little bit more.

This movie is just the same as the previous movie. For a fans of the franchise this movie is decent nothing special.

The movie contain with some bomb problems, has its own original character, some amuro's flashbacks, new villain called plamya, new rusian allies, very few "Kudo Shinichi problem".

The first scene started with the marriage of Takagi and Sato and i think "finally the timeline goes forward and maybe thats the reason why this movie called "The Bride of Halloween"" and i quickly dissapointed know its all a practice for an original character marriage. Even the villain is kinda unexpected but again its kind of the same movie from the previous . So if you a fans you will know what will you going into, but for other i think you can just watch previous movie.

Kinda Predictable

I have watched this series for over 15 years now and have loved every moment of it especially the movies that come out annually. This one was no exception and was amazing. However I would say it was so predictable, I guessed the culprit right away as there were just too many clues and the pumkin lights with the explosive liquid inside were predictable as well.

Disappointed.

They ruined the main idea of detective conan, they need to be more realistic, I thought am gonna see some smart crime case, like Anime series or old movies at less, they could do better, am waiting forward for 2023 movie. This one....

anyway it's not bad but not the best at all far away from what we want to see from this animation.

The plot of the movie is quite normal, and the situations are resolved relatively quickly and easily; I feel that the plot in the movie has a bit of a buff to the main character's talent. Halfway through the movie, I knew who the real culprit was. The content is nothing new and groundbreaking, just watchable, entertaining, and more suitable for fans of Conan than those who want to see the actual movie. No funny scenes are going on. There is some action at the end of the movie.

Ost like Harry Potter and I love this movie because no super power like before it's make sense and I love Russia language and good speaking in this anime I love it this movie very much.

This year's movie was incredibly great. Some might think I'm exaggerating, but it was really wonderful. And believe me when I say (you should know that everyone who says this movie is bad didn't even watch it)! When you watch it you'll know how exciting it is.

If you can watch it in the cenima, you should go book your ticket now and don't waste your time waiting for it to be released on the internet.

Ok movie

I haven't cared of Detective Conan for years, then i decided to try this movie when i saw my cinema airing it. Let's just say it's entertaining. Could have been more surpring but nice use of the characters, even if maybe Ran and Kogoro Mori could have deserved more screen time.

Also I didn't notice a big effort in animation as it is usually the case when anime are adapted to the big screen. Maybe it was an upgraded in comparaison to the tv series, but it didn't really feels like it.

Well, a movie adaptation faithfull to its roots, but i expected a little more.

Great plot, supporting characters were great, and conan was awesome

I enjoyed this movie. I also liked how the supporting characters had a well-thought-out storyline. And it was pretty moving, I actually teared up in some parts (if you watched the movie you can guess which parts). I was also surprised they showed some 'pretty' intimate scenes. There wasn't much PDA in previous Conan movies or series. And I'm glad everything is evolving for better things. Showing the characters' intimacy toward one another is a step that is moving in the right direction for this franchise. I liked how the movies make it feel a little bit more grounded in reality by implementing death on certain characters. I know it's anime but it makes it a lot more interesting, and it will actually tug at hearts when there's realism involved. Definitely, a must-watch for Conan fans.
