Mike finds that he really knows nothing about the ins and outs of the firm. He doesn't know what sorts of games are being played among the partners. He is being pulled right and left by Litt (I've always enjoyed this actor who has the same voice as Jack Webb from the old Dragnet show). He is fundamentally evil in a sort of anything-goes way. He uses a false drug test performed on Mike to get Mike to do his bidding. But Mike doesn't feel any power and goes along with him. He feels he must get high with a client which goes against a fundamental agreement made earlier. Meanwhile, Harvey is dealing with a judge who has a vendetta against him based on false information. The neat thing here is while lots of games are being played, Harvey knows the rules and stays within them.
