Royal Pains does a very good job every episode of leaving you hanging but this one went even above that. First we will start with the fact this episode started to answer some of the questions I know I have been wondering since Season 3 started. Where is Hand and Evan's Dad, Eddy. We know he is in prison but the whole story seems fishy. I was even beginning to wonder if they were weeding him out of the show.
Evan and Hank take a visit down to Florida to be there for their dad's parole hearing. By no surprise we see that Ed has gotten out of jail on a work/parole situation. Seems to be quite typical of him.
The first big surprise we learn is that Ed has a sponsor and that sponsor turns out to be his father. This information throws Evan and Hank for a loop. I have to see this was a nice wrinkle into the story.
Meanwhile back in the Hampton's, Marisa has her baby and Boris looks like a helpless father. But the ending that has us talking is Jill getting into a very bad accident right before the end. One that would leave us all to believe she doesn't make it. The theories of who will be with Hank has already got me wondering
