Completely silly and harmless, way funnier when being riffed by the guys from MST3K. You get to see some animals, I guess? But hardly any monsters. Mostly you only see this one dude walking around and annoying indigenes peoples (who, hilariously, film their own dramatization b-roll).

Watch it to help the people involved with the show, but don't expect anything more outrageous than mid-day camp.

entertaining show

Man v Monster is a highly entertaining and informative show.

The host, Richard Terry, provides the viewer with glimpses of life and folklore from around the world - to places most of us will never see.

Is there always a "monster"? Not in the literal sense, but there is always a reasonable and believable explanation of how the facts or stories or myths began.

Mr. Terry also appears to be a very knowledgeable and personable host whose warmth is apparent in his interactions with the local population.

Man v Monster has quickly become a favorite of mine and I highly recommend it.

Very interesting show

Series is about a host, Richard Terry, who researches and interviews people who have been affected by some monster of sorts. He attempts to track down what the actual creature is, or if the attack was based on superstition. His sources are local persons affected by the monster in question, local experts, and he also sometimes brings in outside expertise to review the clues. It's a very diverse program with lots of angles and perspectives.

The host is so eager to solve mysteries that his character comes across as pretty genuine. I watched his program when it was picked up by Rifftrax and was able to view three of the shows. They are interesting and I wish the rest of the series was available. Hoping to find them online at some point.

Wow, it's quite an experience to watch Richard Terry !

The British adventurer at places where strange creatures live, on his way through the jungle, on lonely islands, .. wherever he is, he tracks down dangerous animals, shows them to us in a wonderful, cool & very interesting way !

It's a journey to the biological diversity of animals of this earth, a search after real "monsters", gripping & captivating at the same time.

Not "only" an adventure for Richard Terry but also for us, as we as viewers can follow him along and get the feeling as if we would be there too !

Simply great and beautiful !

Man v Monster, escapism at it's best and you don't have to leave your living room.

Man V Monster is one of my favorite show's on television. The host Richard Terry, is a swashbuckling figure who brings us on adventures to find mysterious legendary creatures in various countries throughout the world. He exposes us to worlds and cultures most of us will never get to see or experience. Though Richard has not found a "real" monster yet, I have no doubt that if one of these legends/myths are real, he will be the one to find it. Man V Monster is a show the whole family can enjoy. Not only is it entertaining, you will also learn a few things about this world we live in. Who ever gave this show anything lower than an 8, probably should stick to shows they can relate to, ie, Teen Mom, Jersey Shore, Honey boo-boo..you get the point.
