AAU National Karate Competitors and Their Training/Competition Journey
karataido28 January 2013
This movie is a must see for every: karate practitioner, competitor, and 'good feeling' movie goer.

Character, Discipline, Focus, Perseverance, Spirit, Team ... some of the presented themes valuable to every citizen; themes which are important to introduce to children and reinforce as adults. The movie shows that when these are employed, anything is possible.

Empty Hand is a movie that moves ... Perfect to get athlete's spirits elevated before an event where spirit must prevail.

Each character will win your heart as you explore their life through their training and competition. You will find yourself COL 'cheering out loud'!
