  Erwin Sikowitz : Wait, wait, wait. Would anyone be interested in seeing the cast list for a little play called Steamboat Suzy?

  [Sikowitz takes out the paper of the cast list from his pocket. The class agree. To Sikowitz] 

  Jade West : I got the lead, right?

  Erwin Sikowitz : Pardon?

  Jade West : I'm playing Suzy, right?

  [Sikowitz drops the paper to the ground. Sikowitz runs out of the classroom. Jade picks up the paper. Jade reads the paper. To Jade] 

  Cat Valentine : Did you get the lead?

  [Jade scrunches up the paper and throws it to the ground in frustration. Jade kicks a chair in frustration] 

  André Harris : I don't think she got it.

  Robbie Shapiro : So, who's playing Suzy?

  [Tori picks up the paper. Tori unwraps the paper. Tori reads the paper] 

  Tori Vega : Me.

  Jade West : Yeah, her, that - she got the lead.

  Cat Valentine : What part did you get?

  Jade West : I got cheated and humiliated.

  Sinjin Van Cleef : You get used to it.

  [Robbie nods in agreement] 

  André Harris : All right, now, chill down.

  [Andre grabs the paper from Tori. Andre reads the paper] 

  André Harris : Let's see, says right here, Jade West, understudy for the role of Suzy.

  Jade West : Oh, yoo-hoo, like it's my dream to be Tori's understudy.

  Tori Vega : What's an understudy?

  Jade West : Aw, man!

  [Jade throws her water bottle in frustration destroying a ceramic decoration piece that was hanging up on the wall. The class is shocked. To Tori] 

  Robbie Shapiro : Um, an understudy is like a backup actor.

  André Harris : So if you get sick or something, your understudy takes over for your part in the play.

  Jade West : Yeah. Yeah, if you get sick, or go missing, or get hit by a bus!

  [Jade leaves the classroom. To the rest of the class, about Jade, worried] 

  Tori Vega : Uh - she can't drive a bus, right?

• [Tori is weak and struggles to perform in Steamboat Suzy] 

  Erwin Sikowitz : Yikes, Tori does not look good.

  Jade West : Agreed.

  Cat Valentine : It's not her fault. They took three pints of blood out of her.
