Lawrence and Caffrey easily change from sport swords to real ones and demonstrate fantastic skills. Modern sport and the ancient art of combat fencing have very little in common due to very different goals - touching the opponent with the button on the tip of the sword vs. killing one. It has been said many times by professional fencers themselves that a modern fencer wouldn't be able to defend himself in a real sword or saber fight.
Mozzie mentions a 400 Series Twin Otter, yet the Twin Otter that they flying in is an older 300 Series. The 400 Series has a glass cockpit instead.

When Neal is leaving the apartment, he drops/leaves his FBI badge on the kitchen table. On his name tag, his last name is misspelled "Neal Caffery".
