  Commander Penney : To buy drugs to give to Customs to get Harvey a Royal Pardon. And when he got it, I think we might have left it at that, everybody. It was so compromised. But Gatehouse decided to close Harvey's book. So that's what he did. And we've been cleaning up ever since.

• Commander Penney : [about Counterpoint]  He's starting it again, you know?

  Jonah Gabriel : Who?

  Commander Penney : Gatehouse. Whole new set of players.

  Jonah Gabriel : Who are they?

  Commander Penney : You think you can stop this? He'll kill you.

  Jonah Gabriel : He hasn't yet.

  Gatehouse : For other people to see you, standing out there in all that bright, white light? I'm sure it does matter. The problem is, Jonah Gabriel, that kind of glare, it just turns you blind. Because all I have to do is this...

  [Gatehouse flicks open his lighter, lights it and then flicks it out] 

  Gatehouse : ... and your light goes out.

  Jonah Gabriel : [the laser that was aimed at Gatehouse is then directed at Gabriel. Gatehouse then blows gently as if he is blowing out a light, and then Lia Honey, who is holding the sniper rifle, shoots Gabriel]  No!
