- A few areas of the map contain shirtless men or women in bikinis.
- In the Mile High Club, there are strippers, some are wearing thort pants, others panties and all of them where bikinis and shake the waist around sexually
- Mile high club is a mission in the game but there's no nudity in it has some talking but nothing bad for a 15-12, Side mission where you have to assassinate two men that are dancing with a badly dressed girl. Side mission where you have to transport a bikini model. Some beaches may contain bikinis. Mile high club is a actually a strip club in a blimp in the sky.
Violence & Gore

- There is a fair amount of blood in this game. It stains walls and floors during combat when NPCs are shot. This can include enemy soldiers, civilians, or the player.
- Due to staining and thickness of the blood, this is the most violent Just Cause game of the 4.
- Just Cause 2 stars you as a secret operative who uses violence, primarily, to track down a rogue agent and disrupt the gang dynamics on a fictitious South Asian island run by a dictator.
- Players can use all kinds of guns, toss grenades, and use a grappling hook while fighting enemies.
- Red blood can be seen coming out of baddies during combat as they fall to the ground.
- There's no gore in this game but you can use guns or cool gadgets because are a agent blood is there it is splattered but for a few seconds and blood can be seen in the but no gore like head being cut off or holes in chest, it is just red. The baddies in the game are like rag dolls with red on them nothing less or nothing more.

- As well as references to drugs in the game's dialogue, including opium, heroin, and cocaine.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Only if you find huge explosions intense will this game be so in any way, it is meant to be 'fun' and does not take any situations seriously.
- The main character has seemingly improbable abilities to jump out of planes seconds before they hit the ground and survive and fall hundreds of meters only to 'grapple hook' to the ground at a faster speed than he was already going and land safely.
