Recently the episodes have been great, and even with Ellis making an appearance this episode I just don't think it is good it's to dramatic and there is not enough doctor scenes.

This Episode begins with Meredith and Nick, they are going to a cabin in the woods together. Nick and Meredith are having sex on the couch, they got caught by Charlotte and Silver. Zola found a letter from Ellis, she wrote it for Maggie. Amelia has sex with Kai in Minnesota. Maggie is dreaming about Ellis. Nick says that he is falling in love with Meredith. Nick kissed Meredith. Maggie burns Ellis her letter. Solid Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 18, this Episode had nothing to do with this Series. A spin-off kind of Episode will never get a high rating i think. Move on with the storyline at the hospital, this is just not good!

I love Greys Anatomy but there is hardly any patients any more and most scenes are outside of the hospital. Let's get back to medicine, doctors etc. It's getting ridiculous!!
And I'm so over Amelia! And Teddy and Owen. They can't make up their minds or commit to anything. If they all left the show I wouldn't miss them!!

There may not have been much medical scenes in this episode but it was a great heartwarming episode. There are more appearances of the the Grey-Shepherd children. The drama comes from Ellis making a comeback and reading the letter to Maggie and if you keep watching her adoptive mom shows up in the dream as well.
Episodes like this remind me the show jumped the shark years ago.

There's no plot here. In no way does this episode forward any narrative. It's a showcase of the Three Sisters.
The ep focuses on Meredith, Maggie, and Amelia, and their respective issues. And they're not even interesting issues. You can afford to skip this one and not feel like you've missed something.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Hilariously so. A fever dream nightmare. I'm assuming the cast now writes the episodes? They do one take and thats it. What used to be, Grey's used to be top tier. Just re-watch season 1 - 9, then make up yoir own finale.

The most boring episode I have ever seen in my life. Seasons 1-8 were perfection. Season 9 was okay but had some issues and started to lack. Everything since season 10 has been so absurd: they didn't even show the hospital one time in this season. It was Amelia fornicating and drinking ginger ale with her girlfriend and Meredith and nick having a boring conversation at a cabin. Nothing exciting, nothing shocking, and nothing medical. I only keep watching because I am a true Meredith fan and I honestly just want to see how they wrap up her character but this was very lame I am immensely disappointed.

I have seen every episode and this is the worst by a long shot.
If this had been the first episode i would not have got through the first 10 minutes. Totally pointless would only need 3 like this on the trot and i would call it a day after loving this show.

I was napping half of it and fast-forwarding the other half. I believe that literally there nothing more to say in this show. 99 percent of our favorite characters are gone, or dead, or lost. So, it is time to put an end to it! Please!

I've watched all of grey's anatomy and while there definitely has been some not great episodes this is the first time I ended up pressing past forward so many times that I didn't finish the meal I had prepared, while watching it.

Truly boring episode, yet another of the medical drama to feature absolutely no mecine in fact we barely even see the inside of the hospital. Just relationships of various characters and none of it dramatic. Complete yawn fest π

Unfortunately, sometimes this show stinks with crap episodes that have nothing to do with medicine. I have enough of those kind of episodes. I believe that this show shoud have ended last season. This is a truly awful episode. The sequence with Maggie and her dream is completely ridiculous and there's nothing else worth viewing is this banal episode that has no real relationship to medicine and the overarching storylines. I'd give this one a miss to be honest!

Sooo. That happened. Horrible episode. Is this them trying to re-invent the show? To be something else/more so they can continue forever? Only reason for that, is because the rest of the show has become so hollow. Improve the core of the show, don't try and broaden it even more. Just. Don't.

What the heππ did I just watch this is worse than a Mexican soap opera. Isn't greys anatomy supposed to be bout anatomy no emotions I get a little bit yknow character development but some people just want over complexed medical terms then panic surgery (like me) 0/10 would've given it no stars this deserves a circle.
